in subsequent years. Subscription

How to
Pay Subscriptions? Subscriptions Fee is universal and
payable in advance. Subscribers are requested to send payment with their
order. Issues will only be sent on receipt of payment. Subscriptions are entered
on an annual basis and may be paid US $ /Euro € or in equivalent amount in
Indian Rupees (of US$/ Euro € ) for USA and India Only. For other countries Fees
in Euro € apply. Payment can be made by Bank Wire Transfer or Bank
Draft only. All payments should be made to "CESER
Publications" at Roorkee, India. Send your subscription (or subscription inquiry) to the P&S Editor, (E-mail: eic.ijed[at]yahoo.com; subsc[at]ceser.res.in; eic.ijees[at]yahoo.com). Please always mentioned in Email Subject as “CESER Subscription for Journal”. Claims and Cancellations: Claims for issues not received should be made in writing
within three months of the date of publication. Cancellations: no refunds will
be made after the first issue of the journal for the year has been
dispatched. “CESER Publications”
have right to accept or reject any subscription order. All disputes are
subject to Roorkee (Roorkee,
